gimage is a program for generating images by means of a genetic algorithm.
starting gimage creates a population of random genoms. from these genoms images are generated by an image processing program. these images are then presented on a webpage. users can vote for or against these images weather they like them or they do not like them. after a while the images, and by that their genoms get sorted from beautiful to ugly (depending on the users liking). after rating the images the fittest (most beatiful) are choosen to generate the next generation of images. hopefully the images get nicer and nicer from generation to generation.
